Rachelle Coughlin APN-C is a certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Dermatology. Rachelle obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, where she was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and was also awarded the Clinical Excellence Award in Gerontology.

Upon graduating from her BSN, Rachelle began her nursing career as a Registered Nurse (RN) at the University of Pennsylvania healthcare system while furthering her education, where she then earned her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Dermatology Nurses’ Association (DNA). Rachelle resides in South Jersey with her husband, two children, and their family dog.
